About Us
We are two British and Irish citizens who have spent most of our professional lives working in conflict-afflicted countries. Having seen the dangers posed to societies when one or more groups are denied a seat at the table, we have been left with little doubt as to the importance of inclusive politics. Looking now to the shared global challenges of our generation, it’s clear to us that we’re going to need a major update to the way we do democracy.
This is our humble attempt to seek ideas for the way ahead.
